The Intelligent Center of Health Industry Technology Development and Professional Cultivation is located on the 5th floor of Building E of the University. It provides classrooms of talent cultivation and training, an intelligent health service implementation field, a research and development laboratory for intelligent health service auxiliaries and products, a research office for hot spring treatment, a healthcare service consultation and training section, an energy science experience field, a sensory physiotherapy practice field, an intelligent health fitness field, intelligent healthcare service situation classrooms and a display area for featured products.

- CNU is approximately a 5-minute taxi ride away from Tainan Airport (TNN).
- Visitors arriving from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH) or Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) are advised to take an HSR train to HSR Tainan Station, transfer at TRA Shalun Station and take a train to TRA Bao'an Station. CNU is approximately a 5-minute T-Bike ride or 3-minute taxi ride away.

Visitors can take the Taiwan High-Speed Rail (HSR) to HSR Tainan Station. CNU can be reached in two ways:
- Visitors can take a regular train from TRA Shalun Station (which can be accessed directly from the HSR station) to TRA Bao’an Station. CNU is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride away from TRA Bao’an Station.
- Visitors can also take a taxi. CNU is approximately a 12-minute taxi ride away from HSR Tainan Station.

- Via Provincial Highway No. 1
- From Tainan Railway Station, head south along Beimen Road. CNU is located on the left, about 20 minutes down the road. From Kaohsiung, head north along Minzu Road. CNU is located on the right, about 50 minutes down the road.
- Via National Highway No. 1 (Zhong Shan Highway)
- Exit at Expressway No. 86 (marked Tainan, Guanmiao), and head west towards Tainan. After about 5 minutes, take the exit marked “Tainan, Hunei, Luzhu”. After exiting the expressway, turn left on to Provincial Highway No. 1. CNU is about five minutes down the road, on the left.
- Via National Highway No. 3
- Exit at Expressway No. 86 (marked Tainan, Guanmiao), and head west towards Tainan. After about 10 minutes, take the exit marked “Tainan, Hunei, Luzhu”. After exiting the expressway, turn left to enter Provincial Highway No. 1. CNU is about 5 minutes away down the road on the left.
